Lovely Betty is from my neighbourhood and we have become friends, and she was lonely. She doesn't seem to have any family. So I take Betty out to dinner and sometimes my friends come, Betty loves the extra company. Betty and I have brekkie once a week. She recently turned 86, she thought she was turning 87 so it was a pleasant surprise when we found another year :) She was excited to celebrate her birthday as she said it had been a while.
