Lighthouse Youth Initiative helps break the cycle of youth homelessness in the Illawarra. It accommodates and supports youth at risk of homelessness aged between 18 – 24 years.

Lighthouse Youth Initiative also provides training and employment related experience for disengaged youth. Through a holistic approach young people are purposefully re-engaged with the broader community

Lighthouse Youth Initiative’s vision is to break the cycle of youth homelessness in the Illawarra by creating safe and stable accommodation, a supported living environment to develop independent living skills, positive community connections, and links to training, study and employment. 

We have a strong desire to see confidence, resilience and character grow in every young person who comes into our care. 

Every dollar raised goes directly towards our current program and future expansion plans.
