Its time for me to get moving!
This May I have chosen to practice dance at least 30 minutes per day to challenge myself and make a positive change - all while supporting Arthritis Queensland's vital research and support activities.
For over 40 years Arthritis Queensland has been supporting those living with the pain of arthritis. Arthritis is the most common chronic disease in Australia and it is not just 'something you get' as you age. Anyone, of any age, can be diagnosed with one of the 120 different types of arthritis.
As a person experiencing Arthritis myself, I have committed to practicing dance for at least 30 minutes per day for 28 days during May.
