Greg was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a slow growing blood cancer that continues to impact around 1000 people every year in Australia.

At 72 years of age, Greg’s cancer treatment requires him to travel to Brisbane (600km) from his Hervey Bay home. It’s a long and stressful process that takes a toll on his already strained and frail body.

Unlike other private hospitals, St Stephen’s is a not-for-profit organisation. This means that that your generous gifts are invested directly into making our cancer services better for our patients and their families.

Will you help St Stephen’s fund a new state-of-the- art Day Infusion Centre and help those who need urgent cancer treatment? By donating before 30 June, you’ll help us deliver critical cancer care and support to the Fraser Coast community.

Giving is easy. Simply click the 'donate now' button on the right hand side of this page. All donations over $2 are tax deductible and a receipt will be emailed to you.

If you would like to know more about how your generosity can help to deliver essential cancer care services at St Stephen’s Hospital, please contact our donor care team via email at fundraising@uchealth.com.au or call 1800 001 953.

Thank you so much for your support.
