We are asking for friends and family to donate to this campaign as a way of offering real help to Steve's beloved family - Deborah, Josh, Izzy and Gabby, at this most difficult of times. As many of you know, cancer has many lasting effects, not least financial. Even the smallest contribution will, we hope, help to ease their journey going forward without their much loved, brilliant and beautiful husband and father.
Steve was an incredibly generous man - generous with his time, his friendship, his expertise, his passions (his cooking skills!), his laughter and his experiences. If you knew him, you've experienced this. We miss him terribly and would like to honour his generosity by inviting you to donate to this campaign in lieu of flowers and other support. We feel Steve would appreciate this as it gives us all an opportunity to provide support to his family that will make a real difference.
The funds raised will be given to Deborah Whitelaw on behalf of the family to help ease the difficulties they are understandably experiencing at the moment. Please support us if you are able - all funds will be collected, even if we don't meet our target so even the smallest gesture will be appreciated. Thank you.
