I'm raising money to support Happy Green World which is a foundation based in the Netherlands. They develop educational materials to teach primary school students to become more waste aware. The foundation's“Green Indonesia program" has been taught in the eastern part of Indonesia (Flores) in partnership with the non-profit organization Eco Flores who has trained teachers of several schools over the last 2 years. The success of the program has attracted the attention of other schools to also adopt it. To continue offering the program for free the foundation needs to raise more money.
Flores is an island with a lot of potential and I believe that to create good green habits for a community we have to start with the youngest generation. Teaching primary school students about waste awareness is one way to do it. These kids are the future for Flores, let's give them a chance to make a difference. We will use the money to print Green Indonesia materials and to train school teachers in the program. With this money we can continue to run the program. The more money we get, the more schools can benefit from it.
I'm raising money for Happy Green World's "Green Indonesia program". So they can print books & train teachers on waste awareness for 320 schools in Flores,Indonesia. With only $10 you can donate one complete teaching package for a school.
