Depression and anxiety are crippling conditions that can break down even the strongest of people. I'm aiming to support those who have been diagnosed with depression and raise awareness for those suffering with it. As alcohol is often used as a vice for those suffering with depression, I'll be abstaining from alcohol for the whole of 2015. Every week I'll donate to the cause with money I save from not drinking. Also, anyone who donates can contact me on my facebook page (Benjamin Katipo O'Leary) to give me challenges to do. I'll record it, upload it and try my best to make you smile :)
