My Birthday Fundraiser for Mental Health Awareness

This year, for my birthday, I’m doing something a little different. Instead of gifts, I’m asking for your support in a cause that’s deeply personal to me: mental health.

I’ve struggled with my own mental health over the years, and I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. But I also know the strength it takes to ask for help—and how life-changing it can be when support is there.

That’s why I’m starting this fundraiser. The money we raise will go toward mental health programs that provide support, education, and hope to people who need it most. Whether it’s access to therapy, crisis lines, or simply raising awareness, every donation makes a real difference.
