Your support will enable each of the squad players to receive the following uniform:
1 x longsleeve guernsey
1 x women's shorts
1 x long pant skins
1 x socks
1 x kit bag
The team are guided and supported expertly by the respected Australian coach, Michael Gallus. He is a volunteer, based in Australia, who is taking leave from work to help the team. He is coaching and motivating the team remotely in the time being. Michael is a legendary figure behind AFL's growth in Pakistan.
The team debuted at the 2017 AFL International Cup in Melbourne. The players hail from all parts of Pakistan and go through many amazing background stories to make it to the big stage.

https://freodejaneiro.com/karishma/Why is the Freo de Janeiro Podcast helping the Pakistan Women's AFL Team?
After hearing a lot about the team, I got to see them play at the 2023 AFL Asian Championships in Thailand. Being Aussie with Pakistani heritage, it was incredible to see their passion for footy. It compelled me to do what I can to help the team get the best resources at their next tournament.
Costs:
- Uniforms cost $1,300 AUD, so your donation will contribute to the players getting the best apparel to make their mark and kick some goals for their country.
- Airfares will be to help the players and Michael get from Pakistan to Vietnam. This is a costly exercise for the players. This is approximately $1,500 AUD per squad member plus Michael.
