Manisha Fitness is holding a breast cancer fundraiser on October 12 where members, friends and family are invited to take part in a fitness level challenge where participants can test their fitness levels against the 'Manisha Standard'.
Entrants will have the option on the day to complete a body weight or weighted workout to test their strength and endurance!
Entrants will record their cumulative time to compete the workout and be able to benchmark themselves against the Manisha average released a few days after the event. No league tables will be published.
Food, raffles and ice baths will be available on the day, with all proceeds going to Breast Cancer Trials, a research organisation dedicated to finding new treatments to save and improve the lives of those facing breast cancer.
