Full Bench IRC Larter Appeal

On 16-17 October 2024 at 47 Bridge Street Sydney the full bench of the IRC will hear the appeal against the unfair dismissal of Caitlin & John Larter. We are represented by AFL Solicitors who have instructed Mr Shane Prince Senior Counsel. This is the first IRC decision for a sacked worker that has gone to the full bench of the new court with the equivalent standing of the Supreme Court. If we are successful this will set a binding precedent that will impact many other cases.
