HELLO! Thanks for stopping by! I am so so excited to announce a community fundraising event for the INCREDIBLE mental health/suicide prevention organisation "LIVIN". On Sunday the 15th of September, I will be running 80km comprised of 20x 4km loops starting from the North Burleigh Park (just north of North Burleigh SLSC) to the Burleigh Pavillion. This day is about connection. It is about reaching out to your loved ones & sparking conversations around mental health & wellness. It's important to ask questions like RUOK to others but often we lack the ability to reach out and seek support from our social circles. With this event we can come together as a community, share a morning jog (as short or as long as you like) and along the way maybe create some deeper connections. From the beginning of the run at 7:00am until I finish, EVERYBODY is welcome to come down. Bring your best mate/mum mate/dad mate/furry mate/sibling mate/mate you met out last weekend/mate you've been meaning to catch up with/date mate/mate from interstate JUST GET ON DOWN & LET'S CELEBRATE THE PEOPLE IN OUR LIVES & HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS SO REACH OUT.
