Those who know me know well that I love to create crazy challenges for myself to see what my mind and body are capable of.
What you don't know about me is that along with millions of Australians I also suffer from the highs and lows of mental health.
Initially last year I was going to attempt to run for 24 hours, but due to injuries my body will not allow that to happen.
SO!!
On the 5th April I aim exercise for 24 hours at my gym Strong Bodies with a goal to raise money for Mental health Australia.
I will be utilising , treadmills , spin bike , rowers , asssukt bikes , weights , fighting and all things fitness to get through the whole 24 hours
