Help bring Harlow home

My grand daughter was taken by her father without the consent of anyone. Taking to America and refused to return her and even keep in contact with us here. We have been fighting to return Harlow home. Which means lawyers. In Australia it’s been great and so far affordable by me and my daughter. But now we have to get lawyers from America ( Texas) to help us with court cases and legal documents. We are trying our best to get Harlow home as fast as possible but need financial help.
It’s been extremely stressful not knowing how Harlow is. Harlow is only 18 months old. Doesn’t talk and wasn’t walking when she was taken. So she has no idea why she was taken from her monther and must be so confused. No baby should go through this and harlows well-being is our concern. We just want her home.
