Rainy Day Rescue

In early 2017 my uncle helped me get a house, it was a wreck. All Good - We can Fix it! We got the piers redone and he headed off to Sydney... he never made it back. For the last 6 years we have managed to continue to fix up the Fixer Upper! and just manage to pay the mortgage along with all the other expenses involved in renovating a house. Covid came and stoped the world and it gave us time to heal. Cleaning was the only job I could get and keep.

We've cleaned many houses and those houses we clean sell for a good price, we have to keep our fees low or we wont get work.

The property market heated up and home owners were selling off their homes after evicting tenants, we had the house sitting empty and not quite finished, so we let a young evicted family move in to finish off the Fixer Upper that I could not bring myself to do without tearing up each time I was there.

Now property prices have increased, the Credit Union wants to Close Out our Mortgage as we only just manage to pay the interest and interest rates are on the rise. The mortgage is secured by my uncles estate that he shared with my mum... If we loose the house now, after all that hard work, my mum could loose her house too.

I need a miracle.
