Mental health is a topic that has been surrounded by stigma for far too long. It's time to break down these barriers and start talking openly about mental health issues. This is especially important in honour of my brother Jaxon, who struggled with his mental health and unfortunately lost his battle.
The stigma surrounding mental health can prevent people from seeking help, which can have devastating consequences. By raising awareness and starting conversations about mental health, we can create a more supportive and understanding society where people feel comfortable seeking the help they need without fear of judgement or discrimination.
It's time to end the silence around mental health and start talking openly about it. Together, we can break down the stigma surrounding mental illness and create a world where everyone feels valued, supported, and understood.
