Please Help Suzanzibar Get Food & Cover Some Bills

Dear friends,

I wanted to reach out to you all today to share a story that has really distressed me & touched my heart and to ask for your help in making a real difference in someone, many of us know and love, on here. I can fully vouch for Suzanne (or Suzanzibar as I have always called her) as I have done business with her, buying her wonderful felt work along with chatting on the phone and knowing where each other live etc.

Suzanzibar is currently a malnourished woman in her 50's who is in deep financial distress. She is unable to afford basic necessities such as food and bills for power etc. Even before the economic downturn, like everyone trying to survive on the poverty creating social security payment, of $48 a day, she wasn't getting enough to cover her basic costs. She is in desperate need of help so that she can get well again, by eating good food and paying her bills to ease the anxiety.

This is where we come in. We have the power to make a real impact in her life right now, by coming together and donating what we can. Our goal is to raise several thousand dollars to help her get back on her feet and live a life of dignity.

Every little bit counts. Whether you can donate $5 or $500, every dollar will go towards helping Suzanzibar in her time of need. Imagine how much of a difference we can make when we all come together for this common cause.
