Good morning people. I am reaching out for help for lifesaving surgery for my Jack Russell (Jack) who has been diagnosed with heart problems where he has a constant cough and lots of fluid overload and at this stage medicine is not helping him. I have never asked for help like this before as he has never been ill. I cannot bare for him to leave me as l myself am going through stage 5 renal failure and on dialysis and my health is deteriorating. I am on a disability pension and unfortunately do not have $3000 to pay for Jack's surgery,any little donation would be much appreciated with the money raised going straight into the Veterinary bank account not mine Thank you for reading. ?
