Cookie Fundraiser for our Kindergarten Fire

Hi everyone, our names are Jacqueline Lee and Gia Ongarato and we are in Grade 5.

When the fire broke out in our beloved ELC campus in term 1, we were devastated to hear that we lost a very special part of our beloved school and all it’s precious artwork and art supplies. Both of us have been in CCGS since kinder and we have very fond memories in that campus. This inspired us to do something positive to help in a small way.

Some of you may remember our Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser 3 years ago when we sold slime, tote bags & tshirts and raised over $5000 for the Heart Foundation. This year we would like to raise funds for our very own school to recover from the fire and invite you to support us in the next few weeks.

We have designed “paint your own” cookies to help raise funds to purchase more art supplies for our ELC campus. You can purchase individual cookies for $4 or a box of 2 or 3 cookies with a paint brush and edible paint palette for $10/15.

We would like to end with a poem we wrote for the fundraiser:
Together we stand as one
To raise funds and have some fun
Don’t worry we will work it out
We always do without a doubt
