Hey Guys and Gal's. Firstly thanks for taking your time to look at my funding page hope you enjoy the journey as always an eye out on my social media pages where I will keep use up to date. So many of use know I'm passionate about mental health and glad to be able to take part in this year's bike ride again . Early in 2022 I was diagnosed with PTSD. Some might think that you only get that from war ect but your wrong it comes in many forms mine came from when my dad passed away in 2012. So now the question why the10 year gap. Well it took me that long to get help as I kept it all bottled up and not speaking out and ending up going to end my life in 2021 cause I was struggling that hard with depression and anxiety. Luckily I was stopped and actually spoke out for the first time and start getting the help I needed . The beneficiarie I have chosen this year is lifelineWA this service I have used my self personally and my way of saying thank you to them is by raising funds so hopefully more blokes like me self wake up every day and see there families and loved ones . I have a big target this year of $10000 but I know with all your help we can do this so come on dig deep and get behind us . The time is now to stop this stigma enough is enough .This year I'm doing this for the blokes who sadly lost the battle with mental health time to start talking remember speaking up is manning up We are all in this together!! NEVER GIVE UP
Go hard owen
