I heard a story about a psychologist who’s job it was to investigate people who had taken their own lives. He mentioned a case that really affected him and it was a person that had left a note telling his family and friends of what he was about to do, the note went on to read that “if just one person stopped me to say hello that morning, i would return and not carry thru with this act” Obviously, no one said hello to this person and we are now hearing this story. Suicide is a very hard subject to discuss but is very common and we all need to listen to our friends and family. Listen and hear what they have to say.
