That’s why June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month – a month long activation campaign to highlight the need for all Australians to “Give a $#*! about your bowel, it could save your life!”
I have spent my entire career in Medical Technology and have had the privilege to witness the benefits of early diagnosis and appropriate treatment. For many years at Johnson & Johnson Med Tech partnering with Colorectal Surgeons and more recently with Omnigon partnering with Stomal Therapy Nurses.
I have also been involved with Bowel Cancer Australia for many years and recently re-joined the Board.
