Start Up Funding for WIMV Inc

Connecting our local Moonee Valley community.

Our aims are to support our community, share resources and create opportunities for connection.

Women in Moonee Valley Inc was created by a group of local, community-focused women in August 2020 in response to the disproportionate effects of the pandemic on women particularly in the areas of education and employment.

This group encourages the sharing of a broad range of interests, expertise, networks and resources.

We plan to run free or low cost social events, assist local women with food relief and emergency aide, run free or low cost community led education and employment events.

Donations will be used to support our events, cover general administration and insurance costs, and generate resources relevant to local women.
