Thank you for visiting our Fundraising Page for The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation in memory of our beautiful daughter Elizabeth Grace Ewing, affectionally known as Beth. Beth was an exceptionally happy and healthy baby so we were blind sided when after presenting with an apparent case of mild bronchiolitis she was then diagnosed with a virulent form of cancer, alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Devastatingly, the cancer spread rapidly and aggressively, and Beth passed away on the 21st of November 2021 at 8 months old. The staff at the Royal Children's Hospital showed us so much care and love through an incredibly traumatic experience for our family. The care and compassion they showed to Beth was always amazing and the support they provided to us as parents, and to her big sister Millie, as we navigated each day was above and beyond. To honor her memory and mark what would have been her first birthday, we are walking/running a combined 262km throughout the month of March to celebrate the 262 days we were able to enjoy with her.
