Hello everyone and thank you for taking the precious time to read my story.I am a 53yr old autistic man that is technically homeless because of covid and the extreme rental crisis in victoria. I have tried numerous times in various locations to secure a new rental without success and the owner of my current rental wants to renovate and move in, wanting it vacant asap. I need to raise enough money to buy a decent, registered & liveable caravan/bus/motorhome for myself and my indoor cats, so we at least have some sort of roof over our heads until something permanent can be secured. I am a proud man who hates asking for any help but because i am on a disability pension, i cannot secure finance to purchase a vehicle, so i must ask the help of compassionate strangers.No one should be forced to be without a safe and secure home and i know i am just one of many struggling at this time. If anyone is able to help out with even the smallest donation, we would be eternally grateful.
