Help me build a new house, my old one is on the verge of collapsing

My house is on the verge of collapsing and I have only enough money to buy a new land but no money to build a house. Not only my life depends on this, but also my sister and my mom. My dad left us after their divorce, and he has no savings either, or he would have to spend his retirement savings if he was to help me. Even then, the money still wouldn't be enough. My sister is a freelancer, but she doesn't have a lot of savings as she spent her youth helping me to pay my university tuitions because my dad wasn't helping much at the time shortly after the divorce. My mom's a stay at home mom and doesn't make a lot of money from selling knit dolls and sometimes food. I myself am still unemployed because of Covid and in the middle of looking for jobs, but it will be for naught if my house collapses and we have no place to live. Please help us, as we are so desperate just to be able to have a proper and livable house.
