Caleb was born in April 2007 he was brought up by his grandparents from about 5 months of age Caleb turned 5 and he was diagnosed with ADHD and autism and global developmental delay also anxiety Caleb went to school until about year 3 and he was expelled due to his disabilitys in a private school Caleb then went on to go to public schools only to find out he wasnt fitting in to them schools so he was subsequently disengaged from school Caleb was then approved by ndis and support started we had a few rocky moments even they were toying to say caleb needs to be put in long term care I fought and fought this not to happen because he was be looked after by extended family also until we got the right team involved and things started to be put into place He had a great support company that spent looking after him for 7 days a week Unfortunately caleb passed away suddenly on the 18th of November 2021 without any cause or warning This has left a major impact on my family Due to Legislation that is if a participant passes away the funding stops immediately without a doubt which I'm going to try and change
