Help us see our family

In 2020 when Covid decided to make a dramatic entrance forcing the whole world into complete lockdown which was so difficult on so many people. We were isolated from our friends and family and all the uncertainty was super scary. Now in 2021 nearing close to 2022 many of us still aren’t able to see our loved ones. Some of our family live in Australia and we miss them endlessly. We have planned so many trips only for them to be cancelled. Our family has missed so many hardships and milestones. Two 50th birthday, a 13th and a 16th. Moving house and getting a dog. My mum moved from 3 different jobs. Countless surgeries and hospital visits on both ends for mental health and physical health. We haven’t seen our family in almost two years and we have flights booked all ready to fly from Wellington, NZ to Brisbane, AU on the 2nd January with only one massive roadblock. We are all fully vaccinated however in order to fly you need a pre departure Covid negative test. These tests are $250 each that’s $750 for our whole family! And on the way back it’s around $500 altogether. We are in a single mum family with only one small income and we do not have nearly enough to pay for these tests that’s why we are asking for your help.
