Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for The Do Nothing Challenge!
This November I'm aiming to do thirty minutes a day of nothing, which means finding thirty minutes a day for myself, away from distractions so I can slow down, breathe, meditate, and practice mindfulness.
And while I'm at it, I'm raising money for three amazing mental health charities for the 5 million Aussies who go through some sort of mental health challenge every year.
