Vibrant and enthusiastic Oli, aged 31, is currently undergoing treatment for metastatic bowel cancer at Peter MacCallum.
The trial medication that Oli is currently taking was only made available to bowel cancer sufferers 6 months ago as a result of research led by his amazing Oncologist, A/Prof Jeanne Tie. Jeanne leads both the GI (gastro intestinal) team at Peter Mac, and a large Research team at the Walter and Eliza Hall Research Institute (WEHI).
