Last year we raised $1286 for LIVIN and I completed 1286 Burpees in the one session. This year I am looking to beat this, all for mental health.
For every dollar donated I will complete 1 full burpee (with a body drop, last year I did not complete the body drop) and 1 body weight squat. I will complete these on Sunday 31st October, rain hail or shine.
Mental health is something I have always been passionate about, moving is also a great passion of mine and the two have a direct correlation to one another. So lets raise some $$ and promote moving your mood for good!
