Hi all. My Name is Mick I’m in training to run my first marathon and trying to raise some money along the way for the Mr Perfect Charity for Men’s Mental Health. The reason for this, I myself have been to the deepest darkest place anyone wants their Mental Health to go. Two years of full time fighting the dark space and getting to know the real me, I have now moved on to brighter and happier things and in control of the one thing that can make me happy..........Me and My Mental Health!!!!!
Mr. Perfect is a grassroots support community and charity with a vision to transform men’s mental health by making it a comfortable discussion for all.
