Support for Baby Anastasia

This is Baby Anastasia and her loving family, Parents Chrystelle and Manny along with her big sister and 2 brothers, Mayana, Noah and Luca.
At just 6 months of age baby Anastasia was diagnosed with a hepatic rhabdoid tumor, a rare form of childhood cancer. Her family was beyond devastated but never gave up hope, tirelessly devoting themselves to researching and providing everything that could possibly support Anastasia, along with her treatment.

After what felt like a lifetime in the Paediatric Intensive care unit Anastasia began to improve enough to come off life support and begin Chemotherapy during which time the family who live 2 hours away stayed in the Ronald Mcdonald house. After months in hospital Anastasia seemed to have improved enough and her tumors shrunk enough for the family to bring her home and continue outpatient care, the family was filled with Joy and relief but merely weeks later Anastasia has taken a turn for the worse with the tumor doubling in size again as well as new ones appearing, as you can imagine the family is completely grief stricken by this shocking turn of events.

The Oncologists have told the family there is nothing more conventional medicine can do for Anastasia apart from keep her comfortable. The Family refuse to give up hope and plan on taking her home to continue any and all alternative treatments they can find under the guidance of an oncology naturopath and other health specialists, this of course comes at a great cost.

Chrystelle and Manny are not ones to ask for help which is why we, their friends and family are creating this campaign to help cover some of the expenses for the family.
Over the last few months Manny has used all his work leave and so now having to have time away from work is an extra expense for the family and it would be good to cover this loss to ease some of the pressure of the mounting costs of Anastasia's care, as well as the cost of care and tutoring for the boys when needed, as the family has been trying to juggle work, homeschooling and medical appointments along with Anastasia's heightened care needs. We hope this help will give the family the chance it needs to be together to give Anastasia her best chance of Recovery.

Sadly since making this campaign Anastasia passed away in her  mum Chrystelle's arms, the family is Heartbroken and devastated beyond words. They need our help now more than ever to recover the costs of all the time off work, the cost of the funeral and any help they will need with the boys and healing moving forward at this very dark time.
