Our beautiful Heather is a young, very happy, loving, caring and strong woman. In the last few months she has been experiencing one of her happiest times in life, feeling all her hardship struggles behind her, feeling like a champion. But wow - how life can change in a single moment. The universe clearly has other plans for her sensitive soul, facing her biggest battle, a battle she never imagined would come her way, let alone so sudden at the age of only 48. On the 23. February 2021 she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and is under urgent care with the hospital and prioritised to begin chemotherapy asap. Unfortunately she will also need a left sides mastectomy, potentially a double. Depending on her progress she may also need a hysterectomy or undergo hormone therapy, as her cancer is estrogen dependent and is growing fast. Although she might not have a partner who could make sure the rent will get paid or the medical bills, but she has a loving family and friends who will stand by her side. She will need as much help as possible to beat this and kick cancers butt. Please help us to help her stay focused and not worry about her finances, as she won't be able to work for a long time.
