Here is my offical page for my 250kms in 60 days for Mental health challenge. Started 18th of August through to 18th October. I have personal struggles with anxiety and depression, my life was changed forever by the loss of someone I love through suicide, but mental health issues effect all of us. Stress, depression, feeling unappreciated, feeling overwhelmed, feelings of anxiety are all feelings most of us have felt at one time or another in of daily lives. If doing this challenge or raising some money helps even ONE person to remember they are not alone, that there are people who care, to realise they are enough, they can get help, it's ok to not be ok, then every step of this 250km walk will be worth it.
