Homelessness in Victoria - A documentary on rising homelessness in Melbourne

The documentary is to showcase the social issue of homelessness in Victoria, to bring to the attention of the state government and federal government. By bringing attention I want to utilise the government funding to build affordable living spaces for the marginalised community of homeless in Victoria. I have made attempts with the State government in the past without much luck.
