Water for stray animals

Repair and augmentation of damaged water storage on rural property for caring of stray animals.
I care for stray animals on a rural property that has no city water supply or bore or creek water. There is a large concrete tank that stores rain water collected from the roof. That tank has failed and is leaking badly. Remaining water will be exhausted within a month unless further heavy rain is forthcoming and any further water captured will of course leak away in short order.
Repair and additional storage is in order but the cost is outside my ability to pay for.
I'm sure the effects of having no water are not hard to imagine.
