Nose straightening surgery

I am starting this crowdfunding in cause of a nose straightening surgery, I'm a transgender woman, currently on hrt going through hormonal changes, I'm currently experiencing alot of dysphoria about my nose, I was unfortunately assaulted 5 years ago and have had a deviation in my septum for some time now, I can rarely breathe out of both nostrils, falling asleep is a struggle when breathing out of my nose as I can only breathe out of my left nostril half of the time, I feel it has caused my face to droop, nhs will not fund my issue surrounding a nose job, or septoplasty, I plan to use any money that is funded to the harley medical clinic, a top reliable clinic in the UK specialising in nose jobs, I've dreamed of it for years and now it's getting to the point its causing me anxiety to even go out of my own door anymore and face anyone. Please help, any help is greatly appreciated
