Thank you beautiful people! We’ve reached $590!!! OMG! That is MLG! That’s amazing in Fin speak! So... Friday night was pretty good as far as sleeping in a car park goes! I watched The Crown on Netflix on the iPad and listened to a podcast to get me to sleep. The swag was surprisingly warm & has now been donated back to Soul Cafe so they can give it to someone who really needs it. I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to sleep rough every night. I was very grateful to be back in my comfy bed... that’s for sure! Once again... thank you all for donating. ????

Wow! I’m sitting here this morning drinking my coffee and I get a message saying I’ve reached 50% of my fundraising goal!!! Thank you all kind peeps! Bugger! That means I’m really going to have to tuff it out in the cold car park on Friday night! Is it cheating if I bring my iPad and watch The Crown on Netflix? Hmmm... thank you all again... I truly appreciate it! Now to find my sleeping bag and winter woolies!

Well done Leah that's a great cause and yep, there but by the grace of whatever has saved us from poverty, addiction, homelessness, domestic violence these people have had to contend with go us all. It's a fine line between a warm bed and the streets and it's finer than most people realise. I'm always grateful when I'm tucked into mine. Sorry, bit of a rant, but I get it, and thanks for freezing for the cause.
