Thanks for visiting my Fundraising Page for Walk to D-Feet MND! Some of you may know my awesome Uncle Graham- always a happy, healthy and lovely guy. Less than 6 months ago, Graham’s health deteriorated rapidly and he was diagnosed with both Alzheimer’s & Motor Neurone Disease late last year. He now requires full-time care and resides in aged care facility where his wife- my Aunty Margaret- visits him daily. Graham will celebrate his 80th birthday this month, and we have decided to form a team and walk alongside my beautiful Aunty Margaret to mark this milestone for Graham and to raise funds for MND on March 25th in Geelong.
