Some of you may know my awesome Uncle Graham- always a happy, healthy and lovely guy.
Less than 6 months ago, Graham’s health deteriorated rapidly and he was diagnosed with both Alzheimer’s & Motor Neurone Disease late last year. He now requires full-time care and resides in aged care facility where his wife- my Aunty Margaret- visits him daily.
Graham will celebrate his 80th birthday this month, and we have decided to form a team and walk alongside my beautiful Aunty Margaret to mark this milestone for Graham and to raise funds for MND on March 25th in Geelong.
Please consider joining our team or donating to this worthy cause as we would like to help raise funds for research and care for all people living with this MND which has impacted Graham and his family’s life so recently and rapidly.
