Hope Horizons is a newly established  Wellness centre for people with cancer and their families. . Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of the people of Toowoomba and the Darling Downs region throughout and after their cancer diagnosis.

Toowoomba Hospice Association is a community based private healthcare facility which provides free palliative care to the terminally ill.  The Toowoomba Hospice facility has been designed to provide patients with a family friendly "home like" environment during the final phase of their life.
