Over ten days- starting Friday November 17- Joe and Georgia will ride from Melbourne to Sydney along the coastal highway. Please follow the facebook page and share the journey with us Essentially we are doing this for the sake of adventure, but have decided that this is also the perfect way to raise money and awareness for causes that are meaningful to us. The money raised will be evenly donated to the following non-profit organisations; 1. The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre - An organisation whose programs support and empower people seeking asylum to maximise their own physical, mental and social wellbeing. Aiming to create lasting social and policy change for people seeking asylum in Australia. 2.The Aminata Maternal Foundation - Australian run organisation that empowers women in Sierra Leone, focusing on maternal health and the creation of sustainable communities. Maternal health focus will priorities the safety, wellbeing and medical funding for women and babies during childbirth.
