Support the J Waks Cultural Centre Public Fund 2017

This year, the Jewish Labour Bund marks its 120th birthday, and although the saying goes "biz 120", we are planning to be here "biz 240"; and beyond.

At Waks House, we host a range of important activities, from lectures, films and forums, to our Mir Kumen On Yiddish choir rehearsals, to SKIF activities and more.

The J. Waks Cultural Centre Public Fund supports many activities across Melbourne, from Yiddish Sof Vokh Oystralye, to printed books and the latest in Yiddish music from Melbourne. We have also brought amazing guests from overseas to our community.

We do not often ask for financial donations to the J. Waks Cultural Centre Public Fund, but today we are asking you to help support us in continuing our important activities.

Please make a tax deductible donation today, so we can:
- Continue to run a Yiddish choir, the Mir Kumen On Yiddish Choir.

- Ensure that any SKIFist who wants to attend camp, can afford to attend camp.

- Bring more interesting guests to Melbourne.

- Fix up our building so it can continue to be a home, not just to the Bund and SKIF, but to other organizations who use our property.

- Continue to run activities to engage members from all generations, from our mini-SKIFistn up.
