It's time for me to get moving!
This May I have chosen to do 1000 push ups, 1000 sit ups, 1000 squats and 1000 burpies to challenge myself and make a positive change - all while supporting a great cause.
You might not know it, but arthritis is the most common chronic disease in Australia and it's not just 'something you get' as you get older. In fact the majority of people with arthritis are 65 or younger.
For over 40 years Arthritis Queensland has been supporting those with arthritis and I want to help them continue to do their good work.
That's why for 28 days during May I have committed to challenging myself to do 1000 push ups, 1000 sit ups, 1000 squats and 1000 burpies.
