Its time for me to get moving!
This May I have chosen Taekwondo (a self defence martial art) to challenge myself and make a positive change - all while supporting a great cause.
For over 40 years Arthritis Queensland has been supporting those living with the pain of arthritis. Arthritis is the most common chronic disease in Australia and it is not just 'something you get' as you age. Anyone, of any age, can be diagnosed with one of the 120 different types of arthritis.
That's why for 28 days during May I have committed to daily Taekwondo training.
