This year marks 5 years since we lost John to MND. The disease took away our husband, father, uncle and dear friend. Without a cure to eliminate the disease, John fought a losing battle. Despite this, he remained brave until the end and was an inspiration to us all.

John would have given anything to beat MND and be up and running with his grandchildren. Whilst not all of us are runners, this year we are running for John! In the spirit of his battle, we are coming together to fight the cause. We hope for a world free of MND so other families won't have to incur the loss that we have.

On July 30 we are coming (and running!) together to raise money to fight the disease that took John away. Help us raise $8000 to donate to the "Cure for MND Foundation". Your donation will go towards research aimed at finding a cure. Please help us help others. We want a future free of MND
