Peninsula Home Hospice provides palliative care for people in their own homes. It's a wonderful service for the Mornington Peninsula community. John and I have a few fundraising activities planned over the new few months and this will culminate in us hiking for three days in the Alpine National Park from Walhalla to Mt Baw Baw.
