The Defence Bank Foundation is an independent charity established to raise funds to help injured, wounded and disadvantaged current and ex-serving Army, Navy and Air Force members and their families.  Our chosen beneficiary is the Defence Community Dogs program.

The Defence Community Dog Program:

The Program rescues abandoned dogs and trains them to Assistance Dog level to support serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force personnel suffering from injuries and illnesses including Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD).  The dogs are intensively trained by inmates at Correctional Centres under the guidance of professional dog trainers. It takes around 8 - 10 months and thousands of dollars to train each dog. Your donation will help us to rescue and train more dogs to help our Veterans.

A Unique Win, Win, Win program:

This program is rescuing dogs, rehabilitating prisoners and helping repair the lives of many veterans.

Thank you for your support.
