The AFL Cape York House Foundation's purpose is to support students and families from some of the most remote communities of Far North Queensland, participating in AFL Cape York programs in the areas of Education, Wellbeing Support, AFL Pathways, Careers, Transition, Residential Care and Outreach Programs.
