The Sanctuary Women Children and Pet’s Refuge is a self-funded refuge providing a safe haven for women and children fleeing a life of violence.  At The Sanctuary, they can bring their pets.

	Our mission is to provide refuge, safety, comfort, nutrition, and counselling for women and children to help repair the trauma associated with domestic violence. 

	Since opening its doors in 2016, The Sanctuary has been at full capacity, yet it receives zero government funding or support.
